Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Essencly. We hand-pour and prepare our candles with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and predictably.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and the available shipping options.

If a free-shipping promotion is available, the details will be shown on the site or at checkout.


3. Delivery Timing

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, customs, incorrect addresses, and other delays may affect delivery timing.

Tracking may be sent when a shipping label is created. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking.


4. Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted, but if you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible.


5. Warm Weather Shipping

Candles can be sensitive to extreme heat. During very warm weather, we may take extra care with packing or briefly hold a shipment to help protect product quality.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and next steps.

Essencly is not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.


7. International Orders

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their country.
